Moving configuration/databases from macos to Qnap

Hi

I’m running Plex Server on a Mac Mini for some years now. But I want to move this to a QNAP TVS128sT3.
Setting up Plex Server on the QNAP and setting up from scratch is not an issue.
But I will loose all the modifications to the Movie/Series names, all the seen/unseen info etc.
Is there any way to move all of this from the MacMini to the QNAP?
