Moving Media Server to new pc

I have Plex Media Server on an old Windows 7 pc that I would like to shut off but I installed Plex Media Server on my new Windows 11 box and it won’t let me switch over. On the Win11 box it’s installed and shows it’s working but if I turn my Win7 pc off then I am offline and can’t reach my libraries that are on a NAS they both connect to. Do I have to create a new server on the Win11 pc or do I have to do something to pass the torch over that I am missing?
