Moving PC's but keeping current users

Hi - I read the article Move an Install to Another System | Plex Support because I want to transfer my plex to a new PC - both are Win 10 Pro.

Just wanted to ask does anyone know if following those steps keeps the current user and the libraries I have shared with them? I really want to try avoid having to ask my family to re set up their plex again to use new libraries etc

Yes. This procedure will move all your server data and will keep the shares intact.
But after doing it, you must never start up Plex server on the old machine again.
