How to migrate only users/friends from one Plex serve to a new one

I’m building a new Plex server and want to only migrate my friends/users from the old Plex server. Is there a way that I can do this.

Copy the Plex server registry data. https://support.plex.tv/articles/201370363-move-an-install-to-another-system/
If you do this, the old server must never be started again.

If you however want to keep on using the old server, there is no other way than editing all the users and adding the new server to their shares. https://app.plex.tv/desktop/#!/settings/manage-library-access

Looks like it worked, you will have to go through each remote user/friend and grant them access to any new libraries that you create. thanks for this.
