I have my server running on an OLD NAS with a number of my family and friends in the shares.
I was testing a fresh install as a vHost and it is running great. It is also connected to a new NAS. So basically it is running with no common setting to the old server. The new one is also upgraded to the newest version.
My problem. I want to move all of my shares to the new server so my friends will not have to reset they clients. Both servers are running on Linux. Right now I have them named “main” and “main2”. I assume it is not as easy as turning off the old one and renaming the new one to main.
Is it even possible to move the friends to they do not have to do anything when I switch servers?
