Moving to Synology NAS from Windows, Metadata not being found, Help please!

Greetings. I’m moving from a Windows 10 install of PMS to one on a Synology DS918+, Running Plex 1.13.2.5154-fd05be322, and DSM 6.2-23739.

I followed the steps listed in Q25 here: Synology FAQ’s ... Read This First!. but something is off…when I restarted Plex on the NAS after copying everything over, none of the libraries from the windows install had populated in the NAS version, so while I could create them, the NAS server is treating them new libraries, not finding the existing and cleaned up metadata and the like…what am I missing here? I really don’t want to have to do all the editing and cleaning of the files in the existing library all over again…thanks.

Just following up to say thanks for the suggestion to start clean and do it over again…it works as expected this time! Not sure what I missed the last time around, but just about everything is good…having an issue with one specific file, but will post that under a better title.

This usually happens when you start the copy process while Plex server is still running.
