I am using Plex Media server on Windows 10 Pro 64 and this is viewing the information from that host computer.
After Updating the properties of an MP3 to include the Artist by right clicking on the file in the folder and adding the artist and Title in the details section. I then rescanned the music library and the artist updated for 3 other unrelated songs in that collection and all artists in a completely 2nd and unrelated collection.
Collection Playlist that shouldn’t have been updated but all the songs were with the same artist
