Mp4 Chapters Don't Start at Right Point in Video

I have added chapters to an mp4 using Drax. It plays just fine in VLC and Plex on a PC, and via web Plex access. When accessing the chapters they all start at the expected point in the video. However, if playing the video on either of two Rokus, the chapter start seems to be a couple of seconds or so too early. I thought there might be some configuration of the Roku app I’ve overlooked, but if so, I’m still overlooking it.

Any insights and suggestions would be appreciated.
