Hello, I have a video that is a MKV container, H.264 for video and AAC for audio and have tested on various Roku devices (TCL Roku TV, Roku 3, Roku Ultra, etc.). When the file Direct Plays, chapters and RR/FF do not work; you are taken back to the very beginning of the video. However if the video is Direct Streamed, the chapters and RR/FF work correctly.
I don’t have this problem with other videos/movies of the same type, so I’m fairly certain it’s jsut this one video. This video is actualyl one I made from many clips and used iMovie to edit them together and then MKVToolNix to remux to MKV and add the chapters. Here is the report from MediaInfo:

Has anyone seen this before? Is this a bug? Any way to fix it?
