Hello, we have a home movie (mp4 file) that looks fine in every app (on pc, Google Photos, etc.) but in Plex the orientation is not right. I’ve refreshed the library, metadata, but nothing is resolving it. When I watch on Plex from my pc the thumbnail looks wrong, but when I play it the orientation is correct. However, when we watch from our television the orientation is stil skewed. Please advise. Thanks, Christine

Google-fu this and it seems to be a long standing issue with No Fix by Plex. Plex Support - please tell me I’m wrong.

Hi. I’m having the same problem. It’s been this way for a long time. The video plays perfectly fine, but the thumbnail is upside-down.
