Can add a subtitles for everyone movie and serie? All ppl not understand that what they speak so i want my language subtitles. Here on Nordic there is culture we use own language subtitles on movies and series and that found for all services like Netflix. Im from Finland so i wish u add finnish subtitles.
Several translation offices cooperate which it produces, subtitles so use those.

But why do you not use translation offices like Netflix use?
With a Plex Pass, Plex will offer you an option to automatically download subtitles in your preferred language from OpenSubtitles.org (see support article for Subtitle Search). If you don’t have a Plex Pass, you’ll need to look subtitles up yourself (e.g. from OpenSubtitles.org) and add them locally to your media as pointed out by darcilicious.
Of course you can also keep embedded subtitles from the source you’re using (e.g. Blu-Ray / DVD) – assuming there’s a Finnish version.
But unfortunately the way brought, it is against law of copyright.
