I wanted to check if there is any option to add subtitles in different language than english to movies/tv shows available on plex? I have plex server on nas so I know I can add subtitles to my movie library but wanted to know if can stream movies from plex (whatever movies they have) but with other subititles than english language

Plex will download subtitles in any language. You can pick the language when you start the search.
As long as these are available on opensubtitles.org – so there is no guarantee that a subtitle is available in your desired language for a particularl movie or tv show.
Could you navigate me how I should to set up server/player cause I do not see any other option that off or english:
Unfortunately at the moment, the subtitle support for movies provided by Plex is limited to what is in that list. You cannot add separate subtitles to these.
