Multipart movies do not play 2nd part

When playing back a 2 part movie the total run time is shown of the two parts but after playback begins the time bar only uses the first part. After the first part ends playback does not go to part 2 like it has previously done in the past. The files are names as shown below.

  • \Movie Name (2001) - part1.mkv
  • \Movie Name (2001) - part2.mkv

This issue seems identical to this bug that was previously resolved.

However, to get a better overall experience, we encourage you to instead use a tool to join/merge the individual files into a single video. There are multiple ways you can do this and a quick search in your favorite search engine should give you some options on how to “join” files. An unofficial guide with one free tool has even been posted in our forums.
