Make it so plex opens multiple tcp connections, noticed that ISPs throttle single streams, local in my province/state, people can direct play 144Mbit no problems from me over a 900Mbps upload, but I noticed people from other states end up at 20-30 maybe 40Mbps (this is reproducible with speed tests and iperf, multiple streams we can max out the lines but single not so much), if plex did multiple pulls for streams, it wouldnt have any issues
