Multiple Playback Errors

I know that the question has been asked before, but I still can’t seem to find a solution. We are getting the “Playback has stopped due to multiple playback errors” message on SOME but not all MP4 videos. So far, I have downloaded the most recent version available to Plexpass users (1.2.3.2914), re-created one of the MP4s that fail, rebooted the server (PMS on an Intel NUC), rebooted the ROKU 2 several times. So far the only thing that seemed to work is converting the MP4 to an WMV file. The files that fail play fine on the computer and through Plex Web.

update 10/28 - I replaced the Centurylink router/modem and it seemed to fix the issue. must have been the DNS issue? Rather disappointing that I received no help with my issue though despite being a Plexpass member.

I am having the same issue. However I don’t understand what you did. You changed to a different router? Please advise, thanks! :slight_smile:
