Multiple Plex Pass Accounts and Servers in Managed Home

Scenario: Jack has a Plex Pass account from which he creates a Plex Home with several Managed User accounts. All of these Managed User accounts can see Jack’s Plex server. Jill also has a Plex Pass account and joins Jack’s Plex Home, because Jill just moved in with Jack and Jack and Jill love each other.

Jill can see Jack’s Plex Server, and Jack can see Jill’s Plex Server because they are both Plex Pass accounts and have shared their servers with each other. However, none of the previously created Managed User accounts created by Jack have the ability to see Jill’s server. Jill has no ability to share with the Managed Users in the home.

Is there any way for Jill to share with other Managed Users in the home, aside from graduating them all to full Plex accounts?

Nope.
You cannot re-share a server which has been shared with you, with your managed users.

Even in the same Plex Home? What is the reason for that?

Jack can share his server and Jill can share her server and neither need a plex pass for it.

The idea behind this is each server owner gives explicit access to someone and only that someone. I understand your dilemma and everyone is buddy-buddy but looking at the bigger picture you could imagine dozens of people sharing a single invite so to speak. I think it’s up to 14 people in a Plex Home. Also, your managed users don’t actually exist outside your Plex Home config. Jill couldn’t even if she wanted to because there’s no real plex account to share with.
