Does this mean if I make other account to my wife she can have different friends than I have and we can´t see each other frieds and they shared folders?
If you get plex pass and create a Plex Home, you can create a managed user for your wife. That managed user would only be able to see what is offered by the server admin (home admin).
If you and your wife create separate plex accounts (they don’t need to have plex pass) any other plex user can share their server with one or both of you.
