Multiple Plex Servers and making LiveTV from all servers available to managed users

I originally started with a single Plex Server using a HDHomerun for local OTA TV. This has been working great. As I am trying to integrate in IPTV sources using Threadfin, I decided to spin up another Plex Server instance. This was easy with Docker, and as the primary account holder, I can see multiple servers, and the guides from all of them.

I have a banged household with about 5 users who I manage. I cannot find a way to make those additional LiveTV services available to the other managed users. Since I can’t control what channels managed users can see, I thought second and third Plex Servers, with limited channels on each would be a safe way to limit what other could watch.

Has anyone been able to share LiveTV from second/third Plex server on your account with managed users? If so, how did you get it to work?
I use AppleTV’s as my primary viewing device, and this works great for my master account. on the iOS mobile Client, I am not able to view secondary server liveTV sources as the master account.

Plex Server Version: 1.42.1.10054 (on both servers).

Yes, once you create a new server, you need to restart your old plex server. I just did this for my managed users.
I also created a dummy Library with one home video on the second server, that was easy enough to do.

Once you restart, you can go back to where you share your libraries with that managed users and your new Plex library will appear.
