Multiple users reporting they are unable to play anything. Multiple logs attached

@tom80H Here are some updated logs from last night. He tried to play 1883 ep5 around 9:56PM on 2/7. His full report is: It will spin for about 20-30 seconds and then you get this error.

Really not sure what’s causing this.
Same as above… the transcoding session is starting and at some point the server is notified about the stream having been closed by the app.

The client log comments only show play progress but no details or error messages.

Is there anyone else that might be able to help? Or anything additional that I might test?

Do I just chalk this up to ‘this won’t play on that’? Is that something that happens? Seems so odd to me.
