I am a new Plexamp (and Plex Pass) user. I have really enjoyed using Plexamp on the go (and Roon at home). Part of my music library consists of LPs that I ripped from my brother’s LP collection (made up, in part, of my LP collection from the 1970s/80s).
I’d like to share this joint library with my brother. Can he access my account using a local Plexamp app on his iPhone? Can he do the same if both of us are using Plexamp at the same time?

You can share those libraries with your brother or other friends. They’ll need to get their own Plex account for that… though that can be done in the process of accepting your invite.
Plexamp is a Plex Pass exclusive app. Your brother needs to get a pass or he will be confined to use the regular iOS Plex app. (which is also not free, but can be unlocked with a minor one-time payment).
I thought that might be the case. He’d likely make the app purchase (one time fee) but less so for the monthly/annual. I don’t know if he would find value in. Clearly it was for me (I did so as a lifetime member :)-
