Music album not updating

server 3.57.1

found a two disc album with only 3 songs listed in Plex. found that the tag info was wrong on most of the songs. fixed tag info. initiated Scan Library Files. next day still shows 3 songs.

created a new library of just the artist folder. all songs in both discs appear under correct disc

  1. how do I get this album to update in the library?

  2. is there any way to target one folder for library update?
    (library contains huge number of MP3 which take a LOT of time to update)
