Music Audiobook not remembering playback position. Starting over / Playback issues

So, I decide to try the music feature and uploaded a few directories of music and audio books.

I tried listening to an audio book this morning on my phone, which I had downloaded and synced within the Plex player to have it locally in case.

So I started listening to it, it played well, I was quite happy, I was actually shoveling snow while listening to it.

Since it’s snowing like crazy, a few hours later, I needed to shovel some more, so, I dressed up, grabbed my phone and earbud, then launched Plex and press play on the book I was listening, and it started over from the start.

If I’m listening to something that is usually 10+ hours, I do not want to memorise the position and chapter i’m in everytime I want to listen to it.

My shows and movies remember were I’m at, not sure why the audio wouldn’t be the same.

Is this a Download and Sync issue, or just the whole music section issue.

Server Version: 1.21.0.3711 (on Ubuntu)
Players: Latest (as of 12/12/2020) for iPhone and latest for Android.

Same problem here. Also tried audiobook playback from the server. Appears to remember position quite well until near the end of the book at which point if I stop and re-start, it starts over from the begning. Quite frustrating. Is there a way to get better playback position control in Plex?
