Music concert Blu Ray rips with menus

I am really hoping someone can help me out here.

I have a big collection of music concert Blu Ray discs. I appreciate that physical discs are old technology and I am trying to move into a digital world but I cannot find a way to rip my blu Ray discs to my NAS in a way that will replicate the physical disc experience.

In other words, I would like to rip my blu Ray discs into digital format but I would like to have access to the disc menu.

I am open to any suggestions herer
