Everything was alright, we have over 8000 albums, half are HD and most are flac files. About a week ago we noticed when we clicked on an artist all info was gone and “Something went wrong An unexpected error occurred” was in it’s place, every day we notice more and more artist are missing. This only affects the music. We have nearly 7000 movies and over 1100 TV shows in our extensive collection. How do we fix the corrupt database?

This only happens on Plex Web (or the desktop apps) right? Mobile/TV search still working right?

If so, apparently this was a thing.

Yes it has only affected my windows version, iphone and ipad are fine. Thank you for answering this.

Thanks for the answer! I just recreated my Music library assuming it was a problem on my end. Lesson learned - check the forums first!

Augh! I should have checked the forum first too…

After having this issue for several albums I figured this was a weird quirck for having my music folder on OneDrive (keep on local drive) and moved my music to my Synology – and still had the same issue! LOL

Thanks for the IP and CBLevins
