Hello all.
I regularly use Plex on my Nvidia Shield TV for movies and series, no problem up to now.
Yesterday I decided to import my music in the library, too.
Streaming seems to work fine. What is strange is that nothing gets it’s thumbnail.
I can’t see any thumbnail either in the android app nor in the web interface at http://app.plex.tv
I have the last.fm agent selected for the library.
am I doing anything wrong?
From the looks of things around here, the only thing you have done wrong is expecting any help from this forum.
I have given up on using my Shield as a server. I will keep an eye on the updates and hope that one of the updates fixes this and other artwork issues.
Sorry I don’t have more to offer you but I think your problem is quite common. I have the same issues with TV shows.
Any update on this one? We got Logs, we got all the information you should need to fix this issue. Album/Artist is there when I click edit and go to the cover art, its just not selected. How hard is it to just have it select the cover art that is already there? Why does this take 6 months to fix?
Anyone have any thoughts on this one from the DEVS?
I mean come on… this should be easy to fix with all the logs and info everyone has provided.
