Yes, that’s the “Plex Dance,” or a version of it. This is a problem that has been around for some time, where the Refresh function doesn’t do what it is supposed to do. In fact, it’s been around so long that the workaround has gained a name.
Plex doesn’t see this as a bug, but I’m trying to convince them otherwise.
