Thank you for providing the diagnostics from the special builds provided to you and for a copy of the database. Appears to be a regression that has led to some requests to the server taking a long time to complete - leading to timeouts at the plex client end. There appears to be a database data fetch that is taking a long time and with 43 libraries that long fetch is multiplied 43 times leading to excessive time to complete the one request which is collecting data from all the libraries.
