Music navigation on the Nvidia Shield TV is almost unusable (jumping to the top)

I am sure this has been reported but it seems this problem isn’t getting resolved. Listening to music on the Nvidia Shield TV Plex client is about a frustrating as anything can be trying to navigate to the songs or albums you want to listen to. The navigation will just magically jump back to the top for no rhyme or reason. The Apple TV client doesn’t have this issue, so it something specific to the Google TV/Android TV plex client. It does this on my Shield TV client also with movie libraries. Its a complete nightmare and making me look for alternatives.

Using latest stable releases. Its been a bug for easily a year now.
