Music not playing on Alexa

Hello,

I’m having trouble getting my music to play on Alexa. I’ve used the command “Alexa, ask Plex to play N Sync”. The first time she answered “playing music by N Sync” but then nothing happened. I asked her a couple more times and just got silence.

I then asked “Alexa, ask Plex to shuffle my songs”, and got told she could not find any Plex players, and to make sure my Plex is running and connected to the Internet (which it is).

What am I doing wrong?
