About one in five tracks I play on my Xbox One will freeze between 2 and 3 seconds on the timeline. The track never continues playing even if I pause, but selecting a different track and then returning to the original one resolves the issue.

All it tells me is that the client starts buffering for an unspecified reason and never finishes. Anyone know what could be causing this?
The problem does not repro on a Chromecast next to the Xbox using the same WiFi connection.
