Music scanned, I see albums etc, but when I open Music Plex says Library is Empty(?)

Server Version#: 4.108.0
Player Version#: 4.108.0

Assume the music library paths are added & scanned.

I look at the PMS home page and I see the recently added music. I can search for music items and they appear.

BUT, I open the “Music” link and I get the message

“MUSIC” is empty
Expecting more? Visit the Manage Libraries page to add folders and scan library files.

What gives?

Step one: reset your Plex client
Settings - Plex Web - ‘Show Advanced’ - Debug - “Restore Defaults”

Step two:
Check your server’s primary database file for damage

  1. activate debug logging (not ‘verbose’!)
  2. quit Plex Server
  3. wait 1 minute
  4. start Plex Server
  5. wait 5 minutes
  6. fetch log files and attach them here

Or inspect them yourself. Take a look at the Plex Media Server.log file and seek for messages about database corrupt or malformed.
If you find these, you may have to repair your database.
