Music Scanner is scanning one Artist, even when the Artists folder is no longer available

For the last 2 or 3 versions my media scanner is scanning the Weird Al Yankovic folder over and over, every hour or so. I removed the whole folder, did a rescan and watched it disappear from view. It still scans. Did a search for Weird Al Yankovic found a Christmas song, deleted it. Watched it go away. Still scanned. Put it back this morning to see what would happen. Nothing changed. It still scans it and only that folder in the music directory over and over. It takes an hour or longer for it to finish. Waits an hour or so, then does it again. And it uses tons of CPU. I attached logs, im at a loss of what to do. I’ve ran optimize and other things but it just hates Weird Al Yankovic for some reason. any help would be appreciated.

Just a thought…
Weird Al Yankovic usually has quotation marks around Weird Al so it’s
"Weird Al" Yankovic

If your folder/files contains the quotations, maybe that’s the problem. It might be stored or retrieved in the data base with double quotation marks somehow. So it’s
""Weird Al" Yankovic"

I leave most punctuation marks out of file names and folders, and Weird Al doesn’t seem to be a problem
