My account has been stolen

Take a look at the attached picture. It is the email I received a couple of days ago. It is in Spanish, so I disregarded it as spam initially, then yesterday discovered that my plex account login no longer works.

I immediately shut down my Plex server hosted on my home NAS, so the files that haven’t been altered yet are secure, but I now cannot access my lifetime PlexPass account. There is a link in the email that offers to revert the change, but clicking it results in a “link has expired” message, so it is of no use.

I created this account today so that I can access the forums, as Plex has not responded to my emails yet. This is my fault for using a weak password that was also used with the same email address in the Equifax breach last year (and other breaches), so I spent all day yesterday changing all passwords to all my sites to unique and strong strings.

Any help or suggestions? Anyone from Plex security/support monitoring this forum?

Thanks. I’d selected “Support” the first time I was there and it sent me to the forums. Have filed a ticket via PlexPass section that you linked to. Will probably have to wait until Monday to hear back.
