Important Security Notice from Plex - July Last year

Morning,

So I’ve had a bit of a hiatus from PIex, traveling etc. But I was a life time plexpass subscriber since 2012, up until an email was sent out regarding a breach of security on the 2nd of July 2015. The email has a link where my password can be updated but his link is long dead and now it appears my account is gone. The password reset email does not reach my email account. Does this mean my account and $80 is goneski?

Support is through the forums and there is no support e-mail. However for PlexPASS account related issues there is this e-mail address as can be seen through the Contact page - linked to in the footer of the web pages
