My claim code can't show and login issue

Hi i have lifetime Plex Pass and since a last week i had several problem to log in my plex account (on desktop and Tv) and starting from this morning, my plex server (through Seedbox) has disappear. I tried to reinstall it but when i try to claim my code, the code doesn’t show.

Could you please support me and help me to fix this issue.

So you don’t show anything here? https://www.plex.tv/claim/ have you tried a different browser or on another device? have and ad blockers or anything like that running
