Hello ! I have a proplem when I start Plex so can Plex not found the server or router. I have a new My cluod Home. My Cloud Home" is unreachable. How to fixed the problem.

I am having the same problems, from what I can tell it’s a Windows 10 bug where it can’t detect the NAS on the network.
Don’t think this is a Windows bug, I cant even set it up from an android device
Do you go through plex.tv or are you putting the ip of your My Cloud Home into the browser address bar (ex. https://192.168.1.253:32400 ) ?
