Hi all,

I have My cloud Home , enable Plex ( i can see the folders in my WD) but when I am going to CONFIGURE I receive the following error

This page isn’t working

prod-4c7c3acb1301bdf.mycloud.com is currently unable to handle this request.

HTTP ERROR 502

I am missing something?

I’m getting the same error. Did anyone ever answer or did you figure it out?

I fixed this with following steps:

  1. login to plex.tv web site, and remove all browsers authorized devices (dont remove servers or mobile devices)
  2. remove plex from home.mycloud.com
  3. reboot wd
  4. instlall plex on wd, and click configure
