Plex on WD My Cloud Home Duo

I just recently purchased a 8TB My Cloud Home Duo to run as my media server via Plex. I clicked on Do More on My Cloud and then Enable Plex and after it asks to Configure. Once I click Configure I get the Fllowing message:

This page isn’t working right now

prod-eb5ad7951f03966.wdckeystone.com can’t currently handle this request.

HTTP ERROR 502

I even contacted WD and they could not help me. I was wondering if anyone else had this issue and have any recommendations on how to fix the issue.
