my custom folders for movies and tv shows have disappeared from the home page. Any ideas how to get them back?

I guess you’re referring to the libraries created on your server?
Are they still visible in the More section of the sidebar? → if so, you can pin them again and they’ll be visible on the standard sidebar / Home Screen.

Are the libraries still visible in other Plex apps? - if so, did you potentially (by accident) sign out from your account on the Roku? This can e.g. happen if you change your password and opt to sign out all clients.

If it’s none of the above… did you restart the Plex Media Server for good measure?

They are no longer visible in the More section. They are visible on the Roku in the living room. They are just not there on the NAS app that I view on my computer in the office.
