I’ve got the same issue. I’m in the UK, and my programme guide runs out on Wednesday 24th. Clicking refresh programme guide says 0% initialising, but then goes back to the clickable refresh programme guide link a few seconds later.
Using Version 1.10.1.4602 on Synology. From logs I get the above, lots of repeated errors about the schema during running migrations

And finally an error:

I’m in the UK. I can confirm what @iomadh wrote. I deleted the DVR completely, I had 3 devices and deleting devices didn’t work, I had to completely delete the DVR. Once I created a new DVR and followed the setup (entering my post code then selecting Freeview which was not the automatic selection) the EPG updated and all my old recording schedule reappeared, I didn’t have to add recordings again.
Thanks, deleting and re-installing the DVR worked for me too. I did have to set the default recording options again though.
Sucks that Plex just stopped working though - I hope it doesn’t happen again!
Ah, it only wants the first part of the postcode (should read better…) seems to be downloading now… fingers crossed. i’ve got recordings scheduled in half an hour… Not sure if it’s related, but i did the windows 10 fall update last night…
