The other day I cleared my cache and unfortunately was logged out of my Plex server. As I haven’t logged in for a while I have forgotten my password.
For the last week I have been trying to reset my password, but the email does not arrive. I have tried dozens of times on 3 computers, multiple browsers and even on my phone.
I do not have a paid subscription so there is no contact email for support.
If still not found, please send me private message with details of the email address you are expecting it to arrive at and the plex.tv account you have requested a password reset for
Problem is still happening, trying to reset my daughters’ accounts with no luck… Password reset email not being received… How can I get further assistance with this?

Please send me private message giving details of what plex.tv account name and email address you are resetting password for. There have been issues getting emails to Hotmail accounts in the past. Anyway send me the details and I will pass it on.
Only times when you have gone through the reset process
