My ios app updated while traveling. Now I can’t access my server. Now what?

My iOS plex app updated while traveling. Now it says my server is outdated.
What can I do? I won’t be able to access my server in the near future. This is really bad experience.

Can you get to it via the web interface? Not ideal but maybe use that until you can upgrade your server.

I ended up downgrading the app. Really terrible that plex forced this on users without warning. TBH I do not want to update my server. It’s stable, and it works. I do not trust new updates… plex team, just let us keep what we have.
