I have my Plex server set up with movies, tv, and music. Everything works fine from the web browser or on iOS, but on the Roku app, I am not able to access my music library. It just says “Add Content to This Library”. Movies and TV work fine on the Roku. Music works fine on iOS.
When you’re viewing the library, which tab do you have selected? At the top of the screen, you should see “Recommended” and “Library.” The default is “Recommended,” and if Plex isn’t displaying anything here, it will show the “Library is empty” page. Try switching to the “Library” tab.
If that works, and you don’t want to constantly have to switch tabs, there is an option in Settings to “Remember selected tab.” With this enabled, Plex will always return to whichever tab was selected the last time you left the library.
