I had a unique password and 2FA turned on. I rarely access
plex from my pc usually from my TV. I run malwarebytes and Kaspersky on my pc.
I got an email saying my email address had changed, used the link to change it back. I guess the hacker got the same email and changed it back. this went back and forth a few times.
i have contacted billing about my lifetime pass as I can’t recover the account. And yes I changed my password after the breach.
So my question is did I miss something. What else could I have done to protect my account
