My plex account not claiming

Hey Everyone,

I have been building a raspberry pi 4 model b 8Gb ram. I have installed the OS, openvaultmedia, and plex.

I have mounted the hard drive and installed plex. But I am struggling to claim the raspberry pi. I used to have a plex server on my PC but I have removed it but I keep seeing this screenshot (see above). When I claimed, it thinks but not claim. How should I update my server? please advise

Make sure the pi has a solid Internet connection and can communicate with plex.tv.

Claiming a Plex server requires authenticating your userid at plex.tv.
