Not loading app

Hi all,

Getting pretty stressed with Plex at the moment :frowning: getting grief from the family too.

I try to opening the Plex app on the Xbox and it shows the logo and the loading circle spinning but that’s it. It will stay in this state for hours.

I’ve tried quitting the app and I’ve tried uninstalling the app and reinstalling.

I don’t know what else to do. Any help ASAP would be fantastic. This is not the time of year for the family not to wait watch their films!

Have you tried stopping the app, switching Xbox account, and starting the app again? That fixed it for me, as a quick workaround.

Thanks for the link. I’ve tried the suggested method but nothing. I even had to create a new account…ballache.

Totally lost confidence in this setup.
