My Plex Media Server not found?

I have Plex Media Server running on an Ubuntu installation- worked fine for years. Now, when I log on through a browser on my network, “192.168.1.64:32400/web” and click on “Your Media”, I am met with “Get Plex Media Server”.

When I use the Ubuntu desktop where Plex is installed, under “More”, I can see everything I have uploaded to the server.

So, why is opening Plex from the browser telling me to install the Plex Media Server?

Plex on our smart TV is also no longer finding media that we have uploaded, but I suspect that will be a different post.
