I have had this issue now for a few days…I uninstalled and then reinstalled Plex and that worked for about an hour only to have the same problem arise…I am not computer savy enough to go through all of the possible fixes…nor do I care to considering I am a premium member and pay for the service. I am looking into other options at the moment as this is getting pretty frustrating.
Server access is not a premium feature whether local or remote that is free and a Plex Pass subscription will not fix any issue with your network setup for you.
If you would like help please post some details of your network setup and server logs.
I am also moving this to the server section has Plex Home has nothing to so with access to your server
