We have tried to reinstall our server 10 times. We have also tried to reinstall the OS from ubuntu, centos .. But anyway we encounter this screen every time we log in to the server via hostname

Does anyone have an idea of what we can do?
By “external” do you mean that the server is on a different network than that from which you are attempting to access it? If so, you may need to use the “On a Different Network” directions at this link for the initial setup.
