I’ve installed, uninstalled, repaired numerous times. Yet, I keep getting a download server prompt because “my server can’t be found”… I’ve looked thru many forums and STILL can’t use! I purchased a lifetime pass yet I can’t add ANYTHING!! While I’m probably an infomercial for old people and technology, I’d sincerely appreciate and suggestions. Thanks so much!
Did you perhaps use Plex server previously with a different plex.tv account name?
In this case you need to “force” your plex server to use your current account.
